Obituary of Ron Hutchins

Ron Hutchins, 59, passed away peacefully on July 16, 2016, surrounded by those he loved. An avid car collector, Ron's work as a truck driver, mechanic, and motorcycle racer touched many lives. His willingness to help others was only surpassed by his love of teaching others the basics of mechanics. Retired in 2010, his "retirement buddies" Blaze and Nala kept him company while he enjoyed his grandkids. Ron will be missed by his loving wife, Jan, whom he met in 1975. Daughters Samantha (Joel) and Stephanie (Marcus) will remember their father and share their stories of Ron with grandchildren River and Xander. Ron also leaves behind his brother Bob (Barbara); many nieces, nephews and in-law brothers and sisters. Preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Dena Hutchins. A special thank you to St Joe's staff. A potluck "Celebration of Life: will be held at Noon on Saturday, July 9, 2016 at the family home. Rest easy, Ron, and do "Whatever."
