Obituary of Carl W. Timme

Carl W Timme passed on August 27, 2015, at The Washington Solders Home in Orting Washington where he lived the last 8 months of his life dealing with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy. He was born March 27, 1934, in Gifford, ID to Henry and Anna Lindemann Timme. He grew up in the Gifford area and graduated from Reubens High school. He served in the Army and did a tour in Vietnam. He spent the majority of his adult career in the Army. He retired from the Army in 1994. He spent time in his RV and was active in the Olympia VFW #318 as Post Commander and color guard. He is survived by his 3 children and their spouses: Carla and Mark Davick of Port Townsend, WA, David and Jennifer Timme, Kevin and Janet Timme of Puyallup, WA. 8 Grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. He is also survived by his sisters Mildred Timme of Lewiston, ID and Erma Huff of Spokane, WA. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother's Adolph and Henry Timme and a sister Melinda Jacobs.
